Search for your desired product on Taobao, Tmall, or JD.com. Copy the product link and paste it into our search bar — or simply enter the product name to browse recommended listings.
Step 2: Submit Your Purchase Request
Once the product loads on our site, select the color, size, and quantity. Then click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" to submit the purchase.
Step 3: Pay for the Product and Domestic Shipping
Proceed to checkout, choose your preferred payment method, and pay for the product and its shipping within China. You can leave remarks and select any value-added services if needed.
Step 4: Choose a Parcel Submission Method
Select either “Submit by Self” to handle shipping choices on your own, or “Submit by Expert” to let our shipping experts optimize packaging and choose the best shipping solution for you.
Step 5: Pay for International Shipping
After parcel processing, pay the international shipping deposit and customs declaration fee. Fees are based on weight, shipping method, and destination.
Step 6: Wait for Delivery
Once shipped, your parcels will be reinforced, weighed, and dispatched. You can track your shipment anytime in the “My Order” section.
